Hi Everyone,

Today I did an oldie - it was a 2 mile walk from her "walkaerobics" era - it is on DVD - I think it is called "Deluxe Walk" (picked it up at Ross back in the day of good deals at Ross!) and it also includes a 4 mile walk. In this one, which looks to be from the early '90's is wearing big shorts over black tights (her hair looks great as usual!) and there is a Mediterranean mural in the background. ventures from her 4 basic moves and includes some grapevines and some lunges! The pace is fast - you get the 2 miles done in less than 30 minutes. I will have to try the 4mile walk on this one at some point just to check it out. It was nice to be out of the "bat cave" and with a group of walkers.

Since I was feeling tight and also inspired by a recent thread on VF about Classical Stretch, I did Classical Stretch - Core workout. This is a fairly new CS routine - includes standing, floor and barre stretches. You actually need to be quite flexible in order to do this one, and I was/am feeling quite stiff so some of this was difficult for me today. But, I'm glad I did it - b/c I did feel better afterwards and got my back to do some nice adjusting on it is own. I like the ab work in this routine - Miranda goes for a bit more Pilates-style here, which I enjoy more than traditional crunches. Think I will have to make a point of adding CS in more often, when I did it regularly I was definately more flexible and felt great.

Tomorrow - 5 miles of ! Almost done with the "official 21 day challenge"!Take care -

Donna
