Guest guest Posted November 14, 2010 Report Share Posted November 14, 2010 So far today I am having a much better day than yesterday. I slept in all the way until 7 AM, that's late for me. I got up and watched a little TV, then threw some laundry in the washer. I got my workout in, today I did one that I had done before, but since I am doing all my Joyce Vedral's I decided to do it again. it was an old VHS called The Bottoms Up Workout, Upper Body. This is a set of three tapes, upper body, lower body and middle body. I will do the middle one after my next workout. It was a good little workout. I used 5's, 7's, 8's and 10's. It was another one of those weight pyramiding workouts where you start out light with more reps, then gradually get heavier with less reps. The 5's were 5 too light for most of these for me. I only use them occasionally now for tricep work. I remember when they were so heavy I could never use them, too funny. I am off to finish my laundry and then do some dishes, and find something too cook, same ol things every weekend.
