Jen's exercise for Friday 11/12/10 1st walk outside = 35 minutesSteps 4,340 Miles 1.37 Pace 25:33/mileCLX - Day 8 CLX - Burn Circuit 1 = 36.09 minutesI've decided to do as many push ups as I can and not worry about doing all 12 or keeping up with Chalene and her crew. It will take a long time to build up to their level.
