Guest guest Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 11/09/10My knees are aching today because of arthritis so I only walked once.Outside WalkWalk of Life program Day 18 = 40 minutes5,019 steps 1.58 miles 25:15/mile pace CLX Day 5ChaLean Extreme CLX - Burn It Off = 27:01 minutesComments:Instead of jumping and kicking back when I did the burpees I stepped back and then forward (following the modifications.) I didn't do as many (maybe 2 less) because I'm not as fast as they are yet. I had a hard time with the plank with knee pulls. I don't have enough strength in my arms to hold myself up and bring my leg forward, so I just bent my knee.I didn't use any weights this time but did use the band on all exercises that required it.I'm not thrilled with how I did but I KNOW I did better than the first time I tried this last January/February.I also did CLX - Ab Burner - 10:32 minutesI had a very hard time doing most of these exercise because my abs are very weak. They've always been weak but they're worse now since my ab surgery. I'm going to hang in there though and keep doing my best.
