Vicki,

I'm fairly new at brewing KT but I've been able to get it much fizzier by not

removing the " baby " from the mother and brewing with a larger SCOBY, and also

using more starter tea (about 10-15%) with each new brew. both suggestions I

got from this group so I can't take credit:)

Speaking of bottles has anyone heard anything bad about colored glass

bottles ...I picked some up and they are tested safe for wine and beer but

he didn't know if our low Ph would be ok. The bottles are sooo pretty!
