Guest guest
Vicki, I'm fairly new at brewing KT but I've been able to get it much fizzier by not removing the " baby " from the mother and brewing with a larger SCOBY, and also using more starter tea (about 10-15%) with each new brew. both suggestions I got from this group so I can't take credit:) I hope that helps! Guest guest
Olivia Speaking of bottles has anyone heard anything bad about colored glass bottles ...I picked some up and they are tested safe for wine and beer but he didn't know if our low Ph would be ok. The bottles are sooo pretty! Myree myree.miche.com > ** > > > > Not yet. My husband loves his soda stream and would be horrified to find > kombucha instead of soda water!
