Well my Stills buddies, I saw the specialist in Syracuse University Hospital today and a under grad with him. They read all my lab work and were so shocked at what they found....my Rummy here in Ithaca is a wacko! I have LUPUS the AC test is positive with out a doubt. I have had the head aches and heart problems because I'm on Enbrel!!! Wrong meds for Lupus!! Im off that now( I had my last shot Saturday ugh) and starting Plaquenil 200 mg a day and Cellcept 1gm a day. I have to start one first and wait a week and then the other to see if I have any reaction to it. The rash I have been getting on my face IS the Lupus rash! OK now what?? Im all friends with you guys.You all have helped me and now I'm told sorry you don't have Stills its Lupus!! Im just shocked! Now I have to do research on Lupus. Ok so you have to take me off the sight for Stills now. I want to keep in touch with you all still from time to time is that ok your still like family to me. So much to take in in a night!! OMG!! Life is nuts!!! I also have a hip that is going to have to be replaced because its very very bad. I need to get off pred ASAP the Rummy said its making it so bad. So much to take in , a day..ohhh and on top of Lupus I have secondary Fibro. Love you all I must rest I just got home and I have been at the hospital since 1 this after noon took some pain killers and off to take it all in.
