I'll probably do some other stuff at some point, too, but for now this is good! I'm especially enjoying the outdoor walks I get to take. Fun!I have a couple of the Exhales - Pilates Plus, Body Sculpt and Thighs & Glutes. Thighs and Glutes is still in shrinkwrap - but I'm planning to crack it open. I definately like the segments I"m able to do on the others - I can't do the ab work - that "C" curve kills my back. Sometimes the segments are annoying b/c they all start w/ a brief warm-up, but I have grown to deal with it!
