Guest guest
As usual, blown away by your hard workouts, Darcy! Have you thought of seeing a chiro for your periformis? I feel so much better when I see Dr. No! Hugs
Guest guest
I seen a chiropractor awhile back for my low back. I walked out of their sooo unimpressed and knew I could make myself feel better by doing my own stretches! So, um no.. I have not. My midwife keeps offering acupuncture, but I think it's getting better - whew! I just don't want to overdo it. It's a hard one to baby though! Thanks !D  As usual, blown away by your hard workouts, Darcy! Have you thought of seeing a chiro for your periformis? I feel so much better when I see Dr. No! Hugs
Guest guest
Maybe you got a dud of a chiro? The PT they assigned me from Kaiser when I injured my back was a dud and did better with my back care yoga dvd's too.. Back pain is soooooo bad compared to other pain, imo! Guest guest
I agree, the chiro may have been a dud - I remember you describing your visit, Darcy. And, while there are some things I wish my chiro would foucs on - at least he did do assessments and the treatments are effective. The one area I think he could improve upon is preventative exercises. I usually have to pester him for those and it ends up typically being stuff I do already!Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Tue, November 23, 2010 3:37:58 PMSubject: Re: Muscle Max Upper Body / Rockin Models Lower Body Floorwork Maybe you got a dud of a chiro?
