Guest guest
Yes, raw goat milk. My understanding is that there may be a way to do it, but you have to jump through all sorts of hoops. I haven't found anything very clear. I would love it if someone could spell it out for me. > > you can't sell raw milk in CA??? Guest guest
according to this http://www.realmilk.com/where1.html#ca raw goat's milk is not legal -- only for pet consumption or via goat shares. you could contact one or more of these farms to see how they are doing it. > > > > you can't sell raw milk in CA??? Guest guest
In Colorado, raw milk is available through herd shares - both cow and goat. A contractual arrangement between farmers and consumers keeps the government out of your business. If you need samples of the Bill of Sale and Boarding Contract, realmilk.com has some. FTCLDF had some teleconference classes on boarding contracts for $30. Not too many hoops but you need to understand the law and the contracts. -Blair info@... > > according to this > http://www.realmilk.com/where1.html#ca > > raw goat's milk is not legal -- only for pet consumption or via goat shares. you could > contact one or more of these farms to see how they are doing it. >
