Re: brew in plastic container?

From what I've read, Kombucha will leach chemicals out of the plastic. I

only use Glass or Stoneware.

Please use glass or ceramic. Kombucha is very acidic and will microscopically

dissolve the plastic. Large glass/ceramic containers are harder to find, but

they are worth it.
