I have created a few cookbooks in the last many years and this thread

sparked a new project for me. If folks would not mind, could you send me

your Kombucha recipes in a MS word document and I will start compiling them.

Even if you only have an experimental recipe I can work with it and perfect

it, just let me know it is an idea.

Send them to jimi@...
