Guest guest
Also some more info..i've been having GT brand Kombucha..so there's also the question of carbonation. I'm hoping this brand is naturally carbonated. Anyone know? Maybe i'll call. If gas is forced in i know that's not so good in general..and woudln't want to give that to my baby. > > i recently got back into kombucha after a long time. everytime my 1-yr old sees me have some he wants some. he seems to want several sips..a special liking. he doesn't usually want several sips of water or anything else i give him. is it okay for him to be having kombucha? he seems fine, but just wondering in case he starts wanting even more. > > thanks. > > vandana >

Hi Vandana, You have a forward youngsters with a pioneer spirit. Allow him the sips. I did with mine and they developed into very healthy people with amazing immune systems. As he grows, his demand for KT will increase, but he will be the first one to know when enough is enough. Why should the grown-ups should have all the food fun. Don't worry, you and your baby enjoy the wonderful Kombucha soper food! All best from the UK..... Guest guest
Vandana, I have a 2 year old daughter, who whenever she gets even a sip of Kombucha her little tummy can't handle it. She'll get really runny stools for a couple days, and has even thrown up a few times. I read that children under 4 years shouldn't have Kombucha as it is too potent. Water and Milk Kefirs are much milder, and help to build their guts with good flora till they are old enough to handle Kombucha- If your son is not showing digestion issues after his little sips of Kombucha go ahead and do what works for you. I just thought I'd let you know what I've experienced. Bliss Be
