Let me first say I'm giving advice that I know nothing about, I've never been outside of the country. But when we do go (planning a trip to the Holy Lands in the next few years) I will go to an agent. They can help you find good deals on the costs of it, can help you know about the cultural differences, and help you know where to stay. Anyone else with actual experience care to counter/expound? For psychiatrist, you could try contacting one of the big hospitals in your area and telling them what you need. Sometimes they have information referral places that can help you match up based on your needs and insurance.
