Guest guest Posted November 6, 2010 Report Share Posted November 6, 2010 11/6/2010 Sat 20 Yoga Flex AM Total Body AM - wow, the upper body moves still fry with only the green bands 30DS Level 1 PM - one thing I'm finding is that between Jillian and Tony I push myself a little harder, for example, full impact jumping jacks (I guess my knees are getting over it ) and butt kicks, and my knees are okay with it. The plank position with straight legs seems to find the spot on my knee that doesn't have all of its cartiledge, feels like bone on bone so I either modify by going to my knees or use my couch's arm rest.
