I have been walking the dogs 30-60 min each day so that is great I am adding stairs too.. yesterday did 2 flights today did 4... going up helps my knees.. I use elevator to go back down.. we only have 4 flights at my office so to do more I will have to use elevatoryesterday I added 10 min solution's Slim and Sculpt Pilates total body and today added Abs.I like having these 10 min add ons. This dvd uses the band in a manner similar to mari's bar/band tool which I like because it adds some resistance and some assistance on the teaser... On the sad news I have put on some weight due to work dinners but on the good news my back, legs etc feel great and I think I will be fine to run the dogs this weekend... next week I go to big 4 day trial.. hope to do
