Once the crud is at the bottom you poor the clear or mostly clear liquid off so it just looks and tastes like water but not sure you can add to food or not

I feel for you, Mandi! This weekend I'll be giving my son his first Kib500

" cocktail " ...if I may ask, what does it taste like? Was it easy to get your son

to take the whole dose?

Hi , not Mandi but Kib500 is tasteless, it looks yucky though, you can mix with squash if you need to.

Hi guys Lucinda here has posted most of the info you need – KiB500 mixes up into 500ml of clear liquid that tastes like water – it is slightly cloudy – most just drink it down without needing to add any taste – some prefer a little juice added to increase speed of ingestion (if drunk within an hour of mixing it up then it is at its most potent). The green algae that acts as the catalyst at binding the other three ingredients settles at the bottom of the jug – this is a bit gritty and not nice to drink so you need to flush this down the loo once the clear liquid is drunk. Most kids do well on it – some are quite up and down for a couple of days – activated charcoal, a clear bowel, good liver support and methylation support (as appropriate to the child) should really help the sensitive one’s. Any probs just give me a shout. Lx
