ChaLEAN Extreme: Burn Circuit 2

My legs were shaking when I was done with this!  Emphasis on this one was back, biceps and triceps with lots of various lunges thrown in for good measure.  While was power napping on a pillow, here is what I used:

sumo squat w/bicep curl: 15 lb dumbellslunge w/one arm tricep kickback: 12 lb dumbelldead lift with a row: started with a 25lb kettlebell, went down to 20sumo squat w/overhead tricep extension: 25 lb ketlebell

dead lift w/double row: 20 lb kettlebellsbowlers' lunge with single arm row: 25 lb kettlbell, went down to 20bicep curls with abductor balance (theraband around ankles) 15 lb dumbells FUN!! (+EXTREME)forward lean lunge with double row: 20 lb kettlebells (+EXTREME)

triple threat pushups: tricep, regular, wide legged - did tricep pushups on knees, rest on toes. I can't weight til I reach my goal weight of 140 so that tricep pushups will be easierI feel GREAT after doing this!  Again, amazed at how much I sweat lifting weights with Chalene!   Am feeding my muscles with a protein shake after that hard work: 2 scoops double chocolate optimum whey, 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt and 1 cup soy slender chocolate milk.  MMM!

Time for a bath!
