Fri Day 19  Cardio

AM - It's probably the morning

workout but TMT workouts are getting the credit for being a mood booster

 

 

   Lower Body

AM - the in/out

hop squats kick my ass…I guess that's point :)

 

 

   LS 1 mile mini walk & the

big burn

PM - got in a 3

mile walk!

 

 

   PINK Workout 6

PM - the

afterburn of these workouts is great
