I am interested in using raw milk in my yogurt and kefir making. I have done some reading on the subject of raw milk and believe that it will provide significant health benefit over conventional milk. I am luck to live near at least two farms that sell milk. However I would like to contribute as well to the efforts to make the distribution of raw milk more mainstream. This list seems like a good place to participate in that endeavor.
