I didn't do my scheduled PINK workout tonight, too pooped, I'll try to add it in tomorrow, but if not I won't beat myself up too much.Can you believe we've done three weeks of our 90 day journey BBteers? Since I'm creating my own 90 day 10 Minute Trainer rotation I'm going to switch the workout combinations (using the rotation provided) and keep it at 20 minutes per day for the second round...trying for 10 minute muscle confusion

Sun Day 21 Cardio

AM - it was very hard for me to

get started this morning, even cappucino didn't help. By the end of the

workout I felt better not full level energy but must better than when I

started.

 

 

   Abs

AM - used the

couch for all plank moves, I may be on to something, I was able to do

" impact " mountain climbers at full speed without any knee pain. I

think as this modification gets easier I'll use my step bench at 14 " to

increase the challenge while protecting my knees
