Guest guest Posted October 31, 2010 Report Share Posted October 31, 2010 I am loving 10 Minute Trainer! At only 20 minutes a day some of my pants are starting to fall off . I think in about 2 weeks Goodwill will be getting some donations and I'll be pulling out jeans that I, unfortunately, grew out of. Now, I must admit and do report that I'm adding on other workouts but ever since doing the Lean Plan I've been seeing measurable differences - yay oh, and my BMI has moved from obese to overweight, what a relief! 10/31/2010 Sun Day 14 Lower Body AM - Lower body is fried Abs AM - This is still a challenge, and it's a good thing.
