I was in no mood to exercise today, I was feeling tired and uninspired, 5 min into Cardio I felt a little pep in my step by the end I was giving my all. Lower Body AM - Nice 10 min of lower body focus. I feel great now GLI4 20-Min Total Body Interval Sculpting PM - Oh, hmm, I liked this routne more than I thought I would. P.I.N.K.
