Hi Everyone,

Today I did a Huckabee blend. Started off with the FIRM's Super Body Sculpt - this one has three segments - upper, lower and abs. I skipped abs, though and did upper and lower - your traditional FIRM exercises - squats, lunges, bicep curls, overhead presses, etc. Then, it was on to PowerFIT Chest, Triceps & Glutes - this one is mostly floorwork but she uses the band creatively here. Fished up with Core Fusion from PowerFIT. I will be wrapping up my PowerFIT rotation this week, then, I think I'm moving into P90 Masters. At least that is the plan as of now.

Spent the day shopping w/ DD. I actually bought new clothes. I've been feeling frumpy/messy for a long time. I still like really casual dressing, but was looking to be a bit more polished - especially for work - so I invested in some nice long skirts, flat heeled boots and flattering sweaters. Since I hate suits and heels (and they aren't "required" in my office), I though this would be a good compromise! I lik the skirts I bought b/c they are "crinkle" skirts, so you wash them and crinkle them up to let them dry - so they dry w/ the crinkles. Perfect for me, who doesn't iron!

It was fun to shop and now, if it ever gets cooler around here (I'm not complaining, heat is better than cold!) I'll have some new stuff to wear.
