Guest guest Posted October 10, 2010 Report Share Posted October 10, 2010 Jen's Weigh-In for Sunday 10/10/10 My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 186.0THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 184.8LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS of 1.2 lbsAIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutesBOWLING THIS WEEK: 120 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 0 minutesVOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 150 minutesWALKING THIS WEEK: 324 minutesWATER EXERCISE/SWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 594 minutesThis year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) I was down to 183.8 but not on a weigh-in day, DARN! I went to a salad luncheon yesterday and I wasn't able to figure out the calories but I didn't over-eat so I think it was ok. I had a sore throat so I went to Urgent care on Wednesday. I had pharyngitis so the Dr. prescribed a Z-pack antibiotics for the infection. Now though my sinuses are acting up because of the rapid weather changes.....that's why I skipped the pool this week. I feel pretty lousy because of the congestion in my head and ears. I'm going to get a flu shot when I feel better because that usually prevents me from getting bad "very" bad sinus infections. Otherwise, I'm feeling thinner by the day.I'm very disappointed that more people don't notice my weight loss....I don't know why people are so quick to criticize and so slow to give complements!
