Guest guest
IN THE BODY OF YOUR EMAIL PLEASE TELL US: o Your name: Martha o Email address you subscribed with: mhbowes@... o Where you live - State: WI County: Dane o Are you a raw milk consumer, a wanna-be consumer or a farmer: Consumer To the best of your knowledge, are Raw Dairy sales available in your state? Yes, available only through cow shares I went gluten and dairy free in early May. I recently started raw cow kefir which has been great for my digestion, but my acne has returned, I am more tired, sluggish, unfocused, and congested, all of which had cleared off dairy and gluten. I really want the health benefits of raw dairy, but not if I can't tolerate it other ways. I read that the natural hormones in raw dairy can cause the acne, and certainly an intolerance can cause the other symptoms. My hormonal balance is sensitive to gluten too. I was hoping I could tolerate raw dairy well. So, my question is, what are my chances that raw goat milk will aid my digestion without the other effects? Thanks in advance, Martha -- (I am using voice recognition software to type e-mails. I try to catch most errors, but it's not uncommon for some strange or misused words to get through. Hopefully the message at least makes sense. If it doesn't, you'll know why.)
