Guest guest Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 Hi Everyone,Today was Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs - 2 miles of walking followed by toning using the fit-cuff thingy. I liked this one - it has been a while since I pulled it out. I like the pep talk at the beginning where talks about her "less than perfect" thighs, something I can relate to - but she really puts it in perspective by talking about function over appearance. One thing I find about is that she is so motivating, I find that after working out w/ her I watch my diet more closely and try to be "healthier" and more "mindful" of my choices in general. I also really enjoyed the toning portion of this DVD, which I also hadn't done in a while. Good standing and floorwork. I really appreciate resistance band workouts so much more these days. The two rounds of Huckabee's Power Fit that I did made me really grow to love training w/ bands!Finally, I added on 20 push-ups, 20 band pull-downs and the upper body segment from 10 Min Solution Pilates. I would like to get on the mat and do 10 more min of Pilates at some point today.Not sure if tomorrow's 4 miler will be on the TM or with .
