Guest guest
Definately doesn't sound like my cup of tea!! Thanks for the review, !Donna Subject: 's Sunday workoutTo: navarrosarah@...Date: Sunday, September 5, 2010, 1:33 PM Today I did the Pussycat Dolls workout that I bought the other day at Target. I don't like it. It lasts about an hour altogether but I do not feel worked out at all. The moves are not hard, but to me they are just not good. There are no technique tips at all, never reminds you to pull in your abs or anything. The only equipment needed is a feather boa and high heels for the burlesque portion (okay, so you don't really need them, but they do use them, I just used a stretchy band for the boa). Some of the moves are: bite your finger, slap your booty, slide the boa between your legs, etc. I'm not saying it wasn't fun, it actually was kinda fun for a few minutes. The lady that leads it is a choreographer, her name is Robin Antin, she created the Pussycat Dolls. I don't know if she has ever had training as an instructor. If you like to do the booty pop and chest pop moves you may like it, but I just didn't. Maybe I am getting too old for that kind of stuff. The granddaughters sure got a good laugh while watching me do it. If anyone else tries it ever, I would be interested to hear what you think of it. After it was over, I did a Gilad workout from FitTV that I had recorded because I still needed worked out. Have a great day everyone. in CA
