Hi all,If you don't mind I think I'll start posting daily instead of weekly, not so much that I expect a response to all of my posting, this is more for accountability. I keep taking the I've got to do this by myself route and that is silly. I may need a swift kick in the rear at some point, if/when that happens I'll try to ask for help long before bedtime

It took me a while to feel

energized (mentally and physically), but after a few minutes of going through

the motions endorphins must have kicked in because now I feel rejuvinated.

PM - Sweat 1-2,

Ab Ripper 100

 

This was an

important workout for me even though I modified much being that I'm really

tired, (insert drumroll), I looked in the mirror, was discouraged and

exercised anyway! That's probably minor for many of you but for me it's a

very big deal, usually I just say " screw it " and eat something that

won't help in long run, or, I'd say " I worked out this morning, forget

it " . This time I got in a good, albeit low key workout and have earned

my rest day tomorrow - yay :).
