Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm just back from seeing Dr Goyal at the Breakspear. He thinks that Tom is very unusual. It's unusual to acquire all the skills that Tom has acquired - speech, reading and writing, lost dyspraxia - can ride bike, etc, but to remain distant and not sociable. He thinks that either that part of his brain was damaged very early on and so we haven't been able to reverse the damage or that he is just really over-sensitive making it hard for him to socialise. He didn't explain very well but he was talking about allergies and spending time at the Breakspear for de-sensitisation. I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on any of this, Thanks, Sara
