Guest guest Posted June 3, 2008 Report Share Posted June 3, 2008 A few of us have started to make butter. We used soured cream and made the butter in mixers. I washed my bunch by hand and we experimented and washed the other in the mixer by adding fresh water and continuing to mix it.
