I wanted to share this experience.I have been brewing for only 6 months. Up

until this last batch, I kept the jars in a cupboard with the door partially

open to keep the temp stable and warm enough. This last batch I put the jars

on the top of the china cabinet (hutch) in the dining room. Holy moly.it

changed the entire brew and finished quicker and tasted different.not bad

but not that great either. Too strong a tea taste. I will have to adjust the

ingredients to allow for this. The scobys did form very nicely with all the

air circulation and the sugar taste was almost all gone.
