Guest guest
I wanted to share this experience.I have been brewing for only 6 months. Up until this last batch, I kept the jars in a cupboard with the door partially open to keep the temp stable and warm enough. This last batch I put the jars on the top of the china cabinet (hutch) in the dining room. Holy moly.it changed the entire brew and finished quicker and tasted different.not bad but not that great either. Too strong a tea taste. I will have to adjust the ingredients to allow for this. The scobys did form very nicely with all the air circulation and the sugar taste was almost all gone.
