Guest guest Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 Hi Everyone, Today I did PowerFit Harmony Strong Push - a nice one - works chest, triceps, and legs. I upped the intensity w/ my weighted gloves and heavier bands. My second workout was Austin's Body Makeover - which is a "barre" like workout from . It is pretty good and is pretty mellow during the workout - nothing too crazy. It is a nice fusion of Pilates, some traditional weight work, and barre. I was on the fence about keeping it - b/c the first time I did it I felt "eh" about it, but this time around I enjoyed it. This one has three 15 (or so) min segments - one for arms, one for legs and one for abs/core. PowerFit Pure Power was on the agenda, but I did the ab/core work on 's DVD so skipped that and will do it tomorrow w/ my cardio workout. Not sure what I will be doing, at the moment I'm leaning towards CHarlene Prickett again - thinking I'll do a low impact and a step routine for a 60 min workout (30 low impact, 30 step). Hope everyone is having a great weekend. The weather is awesome here - lower temps and humidity but still a summer feel.
