Guest guest Posted September 26, 2010 Report Share Posted September 26, 2010 Hi Peeps!I decided to start Cathe's STS next weekend. I'm going to do the standard 3 month rotation. I decided to do a practice round of Week 1 starting today. I didn't want to be hideously sore by jumping right in, especially since I haven't lifted since before my metric century in August. I like being able to walk and lift a pen, LOL.I started by doing STS Day 3 legs with no weights, just to put my body through the range of motion. Does anybody want to do STS with me? I'm completely de-trained right now, so you'll be kicking my butt every day. The challenge:I have one other new goal. I log my food at Sparkpeople, but had become sporadic since the ride. I think I got used to eating as much as I wanted while I was training because of the massive calorie burns. So, here's my challenge. From now until the end of October, I'm going to log every single meal there. There's a little calendar where you can see your progress. At the end of the month, I plan to take a picture of it to post here. That'll keep me going! Are there any other Sparkers who'd like to join me for a " Log Everything October " ? The more, the merrier. Or, maybe you log your food some other way, but you want to join in. No problem! If you've been thinking of logging your food, and hadn't tried Sparkpeople, you might want to take a look. I highly recommend it. You can log your food from your cell phone, and you don't even need a smartphone. If you have a smartphone, it's even better! Happy Sunday! (who is so happy to be able to see again!
