You may see it in action by viewing the two video links below. It will produce butter in as little as 3 minutes. The consensus of many “tried and true” butter makers is for optimum butter quality you should take 10 minutes of churning cream that is 55 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. If, however, you want a batch of butter for immediate use, in 3 to 4 minutes you can have your own homemade butter. You may churn up to 2 gallons of cream with the Easy Butter® churn.
