Guest guest
Awesome! Are you going to do a different rotation now, or mix things up? Well, I just finished up with my last Jari. I can totally say I enjoyed this rotation, and it went fast! I got a little " iffy " in like week 3, but it was short-lasting. Anyway, this workout is DIFFERENT. For that reason, not sure how many of you would like it. The first 20 - 25 minutes is resistance training, but done with some stepping and this and that. I thought I was going to dislike it when it started, but I liked it. I truly do love having a variety of workouts... The second half is more traditional. She fries the biceps and shoulders the most. Little to no chest work, and just a tad on back. It's mostly an " arm " workout, I would say. The first part she doesn't do endless reps either. Very non-Jari. The second workout - lotsa reps again! It kind of gave me a feel with the second workout that it was " thrown together " , but again, I didn't mind. Her cuing is also not top-notch. Also there's a tiny floor segment, but she should have done about triple the reps! The abs are typical of Jari. All thoughout the rotation though, I have been frying mine and doing my own thing with no rests. She rests way too often when working abs. I thought the workout was 51 minutes, but that didn't include the warm-up, so it was about an hour when I shut my watch off. I burned 555 with my average at 126.
