How much sugar are we talking here? can you split the batch and make 2 instead

of one? But first how much sugar?

Im sure the yeast will love the sugar, but the carbonation might push the scoby

right out of the top, LOL!

Up to a cup and a half to 2 cups in a one gallon, wont harm anything, brew it

longer, and taste test it with a clean fresh straw each time until it taste

good. I would dip the straw in and put a finger on top of the top whole and

taste it.

Let me know how much sugar u put in if u need more advise

If you have an old mason jar with measures on it they are fairly accurite too.

Hi ,

The yeasts in your Kombucha will love you for it! Just let if ferment a bit

longer and taste to see when it is as you like it.
