Day 4 - Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Today was 2 miles on the TM - I upped the pace a bit, still slower than my usual but faster than Monday. One step at a time, right?

Afterwards, I did Perfect in 10 Pilates w/ Annette Fletcher- abs, upper body and lower body. I did part of the flexibility section, but some of the exercises didn't agree with my back which is still a bit tight/tender. So, I sub'd my own stretches in for those parts.

Hope to up the intensity a bit next week - maybe by picking out some more challenging Pilates workouts - I focused mostly on my "easy" ones this week. Then, I'm hoping to move into some strength training w/ Margaret .

Tomorrow is scheduled to be a 3 mile walk, according to the challenge, not sure if I'll do it w/ or on the TM. I'm also walking outdoors w/ a friend of mine. We try to meet once a month for coffee - but we both decided that a walk would be healthier and more enjoyable. I also think we have both cut down on coffee and after our respective morning cups we're done w/ it for the day! :)
