Guest guest
hi kelly welcome. i am 30 mother of one work part time. its so hard to pick by videos but how about i go by instructors LOLamy bento and cathe friedrich-tied for first the most intense workouts and lots of variety with them. even their strength workouts are something different. they are high quality workouts thus why they are more expensive then more mainstreamed workouts. amy has great energy on screen and is very positive while cathe has a great personality she is more your boot camp coach pushing you hard through every exercise. christi taylor-absolute fun factor. want the best steady state cardio whether step or hi-lo this gal has it. don't get me wrong amy and cathe have great music and fun moves but christi just takes it to another level of fun even singing her cues as she goes. great music adorable clothing everything seems to click with her workouts. mindy mylrea/billy blanks are tied as third. mindy also brings a unique and functional approach to strength training although i am luke warm on her cardio. and although billy's instruction has some flaws(doesn't mirror cues and uneven reps) i love his energy and his motivation. both are a little over the top sometimes but in a good way b/c they are trying to lift your spirits and make you smile and have you reach deep down to keep going. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Subject: Hi. Guest guest
I just started ChaLene Extreme today. It was my b/d present to myself. lol. I also love Hip Hop Abs. That series started my current weight loss journey. I've lost 55 lbs and have a little bit more to go, so C.E. should do the trick. (Chalene is the the instructor for Turbo Jam. Another of my fav. I think she is to funny.) > > > First, I want to say Hi. My name is . I am 29 and a work at home > > mother of 3. Guest guest
Chalene is great. There are a few experienced " CLX'ers " on the group! Congrats on the weight loss - be proud, that is great!Darcy I just started ChaLene Extreme today. It was my b/d present to myself. lol. I also love Hip Hop Abs. Guest guest
Welcome, ! My favorite workouts are Turbo Jam for cardio and for strength I really like Jari Love's workouts and also the ChaLEAN Extreme program. It's so hard to pick a favorite though; my alltime favorite video is Fabio Fitness - the workout itself is just average, but there is a cheese factor in this that makes me laugh every time! It borderlines on soft porn in places! I wish he had made more of them!

Guest guest
Hi ! Welcome to the group! I think in terms of instructors and groups of videos so I think my favorites right now (they change) are: 1. Samson... always dependable for a fun, do-able workout. 2. The Firm... all eras, I'm just getting into these and am very hooked right now 3. 10 Minute Solution workouts... lots of fun, great workouts that I can do in small bits when necessary 4. I have to put in a word for Cathe Friedrich too... I don't do much of her cardio, I just can't follow it but I love her strength workouts. Not sure those are in order and they're just the ones that came to mind immediately at this moment. I've learned about all of them (and so many more) from this wonderful group! It will be fun to read other responses to this and we'll all look forward to reading about your workouts too! Hi. Quick Question First, I want to say Hi. My name is . Guest guest
Way to go on the awesome weight loss, ! I like Chalene but I can't do TJ at all and can't do Hip Hop Abs either, just too much choreography for me. ChaLean Extreme I can handle though and am considering buying it at some point. Will look forward to hearing about your journey with it! Re: Hi. Quick Question I just started ChaLene Extreme today. It was my b/d present to myself. lol. I also love Hip Hop Abs.
