Feb 6 Wt 175 The Firm Time Crunch I used 1 1/2 lb donut wts and 3 lb DB for the back work I did most of the crunches for the abs, I didn't do the raised leg oblique ab work Push ups half of them on my knees I worked out for 45 minutes, my average HR was 135, and I was in my target HR zone for 36 minutes and burned 320 calories. Feb 7 was a rest day. Feb 8 Turbo Jam Cardio Party I love this workout! worked up a great sweat I worked out for 43 minutes my average HR was 132, I was in the zone for 41 minutes, burned 291 calories. Feb 9 Wt 173.5 The Firm Time Crunch Used 1 1/2 lbs light and 3 lb heavy weights 4 1/2 for back ( 3lb DB's with a donut weight) Did all abs until oblique crosses with legs up Last set of leg walks done with head up and shoulders raised Tues, & Weds were rest days Thurs Feb 12 Walked on the Treadmill for 30 minutes Monday Feb 23 Wt 172.5 Started a six week challenge on the Weight Loss group my daughter sent to me, we are both doing it, although she doesn't need to lose weight, she just wants to eat healthier. I had 2.8 liters of water, so that probably helps a lot with the weight loss. Wore my Pedometer had 1991 steps for the afternoon. Didn't wear it all day, so would have had more steps on it as I was going up and down the stairs doing laundry. Lower Body Burn Used a 6" step 3 lb wts for light work It was an all right workout, I couldn't do all the sit ups & balance on the left leg was tough worked out for 54 minutes (had to rewind a few times to set up) Average HR was 100 in my zone for 4 minutes and burned 119 cal. Tues Feb 24 Wt 170 Lost 2.5 lbs! Lean with Keli This was a great workout, I loved it, and worked up a good sweat. I used an 8" step for the leg presses 3lb for triceps and first set of shoulder exercises, 5lb for second set of shoulder exercises and one 5 lb wt for squats. and back. I worked out for 46 minutes (again I had to rewind a few times for set up) Av HR 116 in my zone 30 minutes, and I burned 234 cal. Now off to the shower and have my second breakfast. I also shoveled snow today, we are supposed to get more, I also plan on walking to the grocery store to pick up a few things. I'll wear my Pedometer so I can tell how far away it is.
