so, how sore do you get from these burn phase workouts? may i

ask what size weights you are using? am i trying to lift too

heavy? these weights dont look too heavy to me, and i feel

fine while doing the workouts and feel great afterward. but

later in the day, during the night, the next day, and the day

after that, i am major sore!

BC1:

sumo squat hip lift - 12.5 x2

lunge posterior fly - 10 x2

deadlift posterior fly - 8 x2

lunge core rotate - 17.5 x1

bench press leg lower - 12.5 x2

squat side bend - 17.5 x2

lunge posterior fly - 9.5 x2

chest fly hip lift - 12.5 x2

BC2:

sumo squat bicep curl - 11.5 x2

lunge tricep extension - 10 x2

dead lift row - 11.5 x2

sumo squat overhead tricep - 15 x1

dead lift row - 11.5 x2

bowler lunge with row - 11.5 x2

bicep curl abductor - 9.5 x2

lunge with row - 11.5 x2

BC3:

sumo squat overhead press - 10 x2

lunge calf raise - 15 x2

squat lateral raise - 8 x2

lunge front press - 10 x2

squat calf raise - 15 x2

sumo squat delt raise - 9.5 x2

squat overhead press - 10 x2

lunge lateral raise - 8 x2

sumo squat calf raise - 15 x2
