After my long night up with a sick child, I was glad I had an easier workout scheduled for today....or so I thought.  The workout was tougher than I recalled from last time I did it.  The first part of the workout, which ran about 40 minutes consisted mostly of squats, and different variations.  A great lower body workout.  The last 25 minutes (estimated) was core work.  I like the workout enough, and it did fit the bill well for today.  My lower body feels very worked, and I wold be surprised if I didn't get any DOMS from it.  It was a low calorie burn though 250 calories with my average being 98.

Yes, it does Donna!  And the core work was a bit iffy too.  But, agreed, a good workout!Darcy

Good work, Darcy!  I have this one and I remember it being a good lower body workout.  I should pull it out again on my Pilates/Fusion day this week.  I recall there being a lot of forward bends, so I'll have to be careful w/ those!
