Guest guest
would need to know what kind of material the floor is, if it's wood, you may be stuck, linoleum, you can use baking soda placed on it after sprinkling a light amount of water, kindof like a paste. > > I dropped a bottle of my precious kombucha on the floor and it left a stain. Anybody know how to get the stain off the floor. It was plain so I am a bit surprised. The floor is some kind of rock. Any suggestions? >
Guest guest
Hmmm. I would start out with my tried and true by soaking it with peroxide. I never had an oops with tile floor, tho. But I can't imagine peroxide would hurt tile. Use a brush to work it in if that does not lift it out by itself. Also try, if you already have a special cleaner for your floor, peroxide and your cleaner. Peroxide is a detergent enhancer. Mix some of the two together. Lyn oopsie! Guest guest
Â Bummer, sounds like you have probably etched the stone. KT is very acidic, it will literally eat away some of the stone, Not sure how fixable it is, depends on the flooring. If you spill booch on a stone floor it would be good to put down a solution of bicarbonate to neutralize the acid and limit the damage till it can be cleaned up. Of course that needs to be done right after the spill. Probably best to call the folks where you got the tile, see what they suggest. - Woody Subject: Re: oopsie!
