Guest guest Posted October 4, 2010 Report Share Posted October 4, 2010 Ran 3 miles at lunch today and it felt great. It's overcast outside but the temperature is perfect and the leaves are falling. I smashed out shins, knee and IT bands afterward along with a seated wide angle stretch. Tonite I really need to do some Yoga for Stress Relief and do some restorative poses, then hit the sack!
