AM - took advantage of the short

workout :)

 

 

P.I.N.K. Workout

3 and Yoga Flex

 

PM - My last day

of the Lean Plan :(. I think this plan has made a difference! Not a full

size but almost a full jean size (I think). On pair are very loose when last

week they were tighter, another pair I grown out of (horrible) that I can

wear again.

Wow, great results, Vennitta! Did you follow the eating plan as well? For me, eating is the problem not the working out! :)
