I just need to announce this for my own good...

I have 3 days that will be fine to get in workouts. I'm working tons and busy with school stuff and kid stuff and emotional stuff (that I posted a bit ago) and I'm just exhausted by evening and it is getting harder to workout. Every time I think my schedule might stay the same for a while it changes lately and I'm having a hard time adapting. Anyway, I know for sure Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I won't have to force in a workout and so I'm taking advantage of them. I decided I needed to do some FIRM workouts this week because they hit cardio and weights well in one workout. I haven't done the classics in forever so I'm doing Vol. 4 Time Crunch Workout tomorrow (because I have about 45 minutes and that's how long it is). And yes, I promise I'll try to do the Dork Dance. ;-) Wednesday I have more time so I will do Vol 1 Body Sculpting Basics and Thursday I have a lot of time so I'll do Vol 3 Aerobic Interval Training, I remember liking that a lot. I have Vol 2 also and would like to do that again soon. I used to have Vol 5 but got rid of it and I don't know if I ever had Vol 6 and got rid of it or if I never had it. Anyway, that's my plan. I need to get back into regular workouts more than 3 times a week soon. I feel so much better when I workout regularly but I am so overwhelmed and stressed out right now that planning a workout into already packed days just feels like too much a lot. Okay, whining over, I'm looking forward to my workout tomorrow!
