Guest guest Posted October 26, 2010 Report Share Posted October 26, 2010 1 - Can I hear some feedback on brands/styles of SHOES used for workouts? What's worked and what hasn't? I have had some foot problems in the past, and I would like to avoid more. 2 - Are we supposed to post our daily workouts? Like, yesterday I was invited to the HealthPlex -- a big facility here in Indy. We warmed up with a 1/2 mile power walk, then hit the weight machines. I concentrated on lats and triceps. We did about 10 minute of ab floor work, and another 1/4 mile to warm down a bit, 10 minutes on a stationary bike, and then a relaxing stretch and swim in the pool. I have a pass to this place all this week. I also have put some videos on hold at our library Body burn with dance and pilates - Austin 30-minutes to fitness, body training - Coffey-Meyer Fit party fat burning fun workout - Katina Hunter Turbo jam - Chalene I figured that should keep me busy for a while.
