Guest guest
Bev, , All, to say " sugar " or " sugars " does not specify an exact ingredient period if one would look at previous posts over previous year, one will see an exact step-by-step approach of how I brew, which is merely a suggestion for general application. ...likewise it has been mentioned repeatedly the ingredients used. so here again it is freshly ozonated spring water, yerba mate, raw coconut nectar, raw wild-harvested honey, scoby. Previously, I have used CLEAR raw agave nectar, organic raisins, raw frozen bananas, liquid stevia extract and fresh coconut water straight out the whole coconut in the tropics. it has been many realizations since I began brewing. I find it insulting to the intelligence of OTHER people to repeatedly say things like " we are lay people " and how many of us on here are in the 12th grade anyway? I do not get " offended " by anything directed at myself, yet we aught to be considerate of everyone on here whether they are vocal or not in the sending of posts? beyond agreeing, or disagreeing, let us share ways of approach rather than get defensive with one another? however sugars are being defined, this is not some thing that will be Seriously Spoken about without uprooting...long held onto beliefs, feelings, myths, ideas, desires, etc. so it remains on table...
