Hi Everyone,

Ugh, I'm having a rough week. Lots of minor annoyances and things on my mind also I'm not sleeping well - I think it is hormonal, though. Or maybe it is my cluttered mind, either way, it is rough going in getting up for my early a.m. sessions and I'm finding that I have to rush, which I hate. I'm not naturally a morning person, I like to move slow and take my time, but the last few days I've been getting up later, starting my workout later, which means the rest of my morning ends up being rushed. GGRR!Anyway, in spite of it all, I got a good one in w/ Sculpt 5/6 this morning. I used weights this time, I haven't gone up in weights yet, but I think I may try next week for a few exercises. I also skipped the fancy push-ups and did regular ones. I also just did one set of each leg exercise instead of two since I wanted to be sure to get some Pilates and flexibility in.

My add on was 10 Min Solution Pilates for Beginners w/ Lara Hudson. Last week I did the ab/core and leg section, today I did the total body section (good stuff - a nice blend of familiar exercises, but put together in different combos) and the flexibility section (also nice). This is a good DVD, a bit different, in terms of the exercises used from the other 10 Min Pilates DVDs, and it isn't really all that "beginner-ish".

Tomorrow is cardio - not sure if I'l stick with Sweat 5/6 or go for something else. I'd like to go for a longer yoga session, too.

Take care!Donna
