Guest guest
Thanks Margret for sharing your poetry. KT is so easy to make. I have not measured anything for years and I get some really great brews consistantly. Sometimes I use organic sugar...usually I use organic tea....but my original scoby came from regular white sugar, boiled tap water and store brand tea.  I've been trying dextrose for a while now and that works too. And as I said before I just eye ball the quanity for my gallon glass jars. It takes time and energy but well worth all my efforts.  I finally got my diatomaceous earth, food grade and discovered that it can be taken with or without food. I'm expecting good things to happen with it as I plan to use it consistantly...every day....more than once per day. It is inexpensive and may help in ways even I'll be surprised about.  I am seriously sipping my home brew KT as I write this.  To Your Health!  ann  ________________________________ To: " original_kombucha " <original_kombucha > Sent: Monday, February 20, 2012 4:26 PM Subject: Margret........Re: Rezz: An Alta matum  Very good. You should write poetry. Harry ________________________________ To: original_kombucha Sent: Monday, February 20, 2012 3:20 PM Subject: Rezz: An Alta matum  'Alta Matum' was coined by in a private post. I liked it so much that I just had to write this ditty: The lofty mountain 'Alta Matum' seats wizard Rezz on highest stratum. Up in this air so rarified 'transcendent' logic is applied. As words are bursting at their seams they tumbling come in fancy dreams. Rezz calls it mighty alchemy, but the thing is down to earth, you see: Just sugar, tea, Kombucha starter, I bet no-one can do it smarter. And that is my contribution to the frazzle.
