Guest guest
Thanks for sharing that information. Very good to know! Years ago I knew someone with bad kidneys (weekly dialysis was a must) who was constantly having his Dr. cut & stitch him for large cysts. Personally, I had a grape-sized cyst surgically removed from the top of my head due to it causing my hair to chemically burn every time I got a perm. Believe it or not, it was inherited from my maternal grandfather when I was close to 35. He had one in the same spot, as does my oldest brother! I just read the other day about how vinegar was used extensively as an antibiotic and wound disinfectant during WWII. Amazing! > > Greetings all, > > I know most members of this group are probably well aware of the powers of vinegar, (and kefir grains), and maybe some have worked with the Mother of Vinegar, (aka MOV), or Scobies from Kombucha biofilm for some healing applications. > > A year ago my husband had 2 sebaceous cysts rupture slightly and I used both Scobies and MOV interchangeably with them until finally some white waxy slivers came out at which point they started healing over. The pus and gunk which preceded it were quite scary, so it was somewhat overseen by our doctor, but he noticed practically right away that the MOV was accomplishing gently what his surgery would, so had us just keep cleaning it up. > > So this year when Dave had an absolutely huge old one rupture open and white waxy slivers appear even without MOV, but they would not move out otherwise, I put some MOV on right away and in 2 1/2 days was able to pull out the whole " thing " which was so grossly fascinating I had to take pictures and post them. (Thinking thoughts of Monsters Within, or as Dave's son declared, " he was impregnated by an alien " given it almost looks like a tiny fetus with arms and legs which are the parts protruding to start. > > These pics may be seen at http://recipesandremedials.wikidot.com/article:36 with more info on MOV and pictures of them in brew go to http://recipesandremedials.wikidot.com/article:30 . Guest guest
I used a scoby from kombucha to drain my arm that was extremely swollen from catscratch fever and i didnt have insurance to go to hospital. Took 6 nights of showing nothing and on the seventh it sucked all the swelling out n my arm looked like a deflated balloon for a couple of days! > > Thanks for sharing that information.
